Claim Your ERC Tax Credit

Are You Missing Out on ERC Money?

If you own a business that had at least five W2 employees in 2020 and 2021, and you were affected by COVID-19 in ANY way (supply issues, decreased revenue, etc.), you may qualify for ERC in the CAREs act. Your company may be eligible to receive up to $33,000 PER employee through the EMPLOYEE RETENTION CREDIT relief fund for 2020 and 2021.

The requirements for businesses to qualify just changed about a month ago, so businesses who were originally told they weren't eligible to receive these funds are now eligible. This program is completely separate from the PPP loans, and is an actual credit that you do NOT need to pay back, nor do you need to use the funds for payroll.

Since we’re already in Q4, it’s a tight turn around, but if your business qualifies, you will get the funds that are rightfully owed to you for 2021 and you can amend 2020 to get that return as well.

One of our clients that used our firm has allowed us to share that they are set to receive $12.1 million.

Some people think their accountant or bookkeeper can apply for this, and they may be able to. However, a specialized firm is a better option to maximize your return.

Our partner company, Jorns and Associates, has done the leg work and has the experience to make sure you’re getting the highest possible return.

There is NO out of pocket cost for this service through our firm Jornes and Associates.

They can review your qualifications in a short 15-30 minute call.
